At Pelletier & Associates, Inc., it is our mission to offer education, guidance, support and solutions to individuals and organizations to create safe, healthy, and productive work environments. Our goal is to assist individuals in their return to the workforce, and to identify solutions that help organizations keep people working effectively. P3 Ergonomics is the direct result of the significant demand for ergonomic services placed on its parent organization, Pelletier & Associates. The focus at P3 Ergonomics is addressing repetitive motion injuries in the workplace and taking measures to prevent these injuries. We do this by offering a variety of ergonomic services, all focused on making a person-to-person connection with your employees. Founded by Diana Pelletier, she brings with her over 25 years of experience, a well-rounded and highly trained staff, and a unique vision for P3 Ergonomics. At Pelletier & Associates, Inc., our philosophy is to provide quality, value added services to individuals and organizations. We strive to help keep individuals working productively and dedicate ourselves to offering focused, customized services. Along with ergonomic interventions and training, Pelletier & Associates, Inc., provides consultation services on A.D.A. accommodation issues, return-to-work processes and; of course, workers’ compensation services, including post injury vocational rehabilitation. By merging all these services together and finding the right fit for our clients, we strive to provide a comprehensive solution to the issue of disability management in the workplace. Through our efforts, we ultimately have one goal: to keep people working.
