pendryleadership ltd was formed in August 2018 by Shaun Pendry. Shaun is an independent leadership consultant and coach. He specialises in leadership development and draws upon his 30 plus years of experience. This experience comes from both the leadership roles that he has held and the leadership development that he has designed for his clients. The development and support of leaders remains core to his philosophy. He is continuing to develop and use his ‘Committed Leadership’ model. This distils his experience into a practical and hands on approach to leadership. Leadership coaching is fundamental to his work. Shaun knows that leaders need support at ‘pivotal moments’, such as moments of change, the transition of roles, taking up new clients, M&A etc. Shaun believes passionately in the power of coaching and how it can deal with the ‘loneliness of command’ and unlock leadership issues. He works across the span of leadership as well as coaching teams. He has recently begun to use resilience coaching as a specific offering to his clients. Shaun continues to design and deliver high impact, practical and focussed leadership solutions for his clients. This work challenges people to think beyond their normal boundaries, take responsibility for their actions. These solutions deliver tangible business results and behaviour change.
