Mr. Durney formed Peninsula Capital Advisors for the purpose of offering his extensive Wall Street experience to companies in need of capital structure assistance. By virtue of being an independent third-party not reliant upon capital market fees for profitability, Mr. Durney can provide unbiased advice, not clouded by the prospect of future underwriting issuance fees. He can provide Strategic Corporate Finance Advisory, assistance with Sourcing Capital (he has extensive relationships across banks, institutional investors and hedge funds) and an adept hand in complex Capital Restructuring. Furthermore, given his years of sitting on the Investment Bank side of the negotiating table, Mr. Durney can help companies to understand what their capital providers’ end goal is as well as what is reasonable from both a fee and terms & conditions perspective.
