Penn-Plax is a family-owned pet product manufacturer with a prideful history of innovation in the pet industry. Penn-Plax began in 1956 as a small pet shop in Brooklyn, New York where our family was on the cutting edge of innovation. In the 1960s, as demand for our products grew, we expanded our pet shop business into a full-scale pet product manufacturing facility located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, and the name “Penn-Plax” was born. Throughout our history, Penn-Plax has further refined our focus on innovation by being first to market on some of the most popular pet products to date. Today, Penn-Plax products can be found on store shelves all over the world.
