Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS) PCPCS is the largest organization and primary voice for the 170 charter schools and 130,000 charter school children in charter schools in Pennsylvania. We are on the leading edge of education reform and dedicated to achieving choice for parents, quality for children, and accountability for taxpayers in all forms of K-12 public education.
