As business owners, when we decided that it was time to sell one of our companies we found that there were very few experienced buyers available. Even fewer offered bespoke plans to help us realise the value in the organisations that we had spent many years building from the ground up. As a general rule our proposed sale value was disputed without reasonable evidence or logic. We are not brokers, we charge no signing on or commission fees, our aim is to buy your company directly as a thriving ongoing, income producing concern. We use sophisticated algorithms to help determine the true worth of a business and will work with owners to help them realise this value. Typically as an owner seller you can expect to receive 50% of the value of your business on the day of completion and the balance paid monthly over a 3-4yr period.
