Pentagon Support Services can offer all aspects of the asset management process as a complete service. We can also undertake any of the individual elements of the process as independent, stand-alone projects. We can prepare CAD drawings from scratch or update and amend existing CAD drawings. Drawings can be attributed to allow data to be imported seamlessly into property databases. We have also developed our own software which can collect and manipulate site area measurement data from drawings which we can produce. We can undertake full stock condition surveys on any type of building, from a small primary school to a large industrial unit including a mechanical and electrical survey. We can carry out suitability assessments, including curriculum analysis in secondary schools, and calculate net capactities. We also offer a wide ranging education consultancy service covering areas such as, the "Every Child Matters" Primary School Building Programme, advice on the design of new build to reflect curriculum requirements, the submission of bids to the DCSF for funding or approval of land sales, and other areas of general support.
