As an AS9100 Rev D and IATF 16949 accredited business, we are dedicated to supporting the global aerospace sector. Additionally, we are highly active in the defence, luxury automotive, and high-technology composite sectors. Our extensive machining and composite facilities enable us to provide a complete "end-to-end" solution for our customers, minimising interfaces as all processes are conducted in-house. Founded in 2008, Pentaxia remains privately owned and committed to continuous investment. This ensures we have the best equipment, talented people (some of the most skilled individuals in Derby), and expertise at our disposal. Located centrally in Derby, UK, we operate from a 70,000 sq ft facility, offering ample space for future expansion. Machining Capabilities: Three 5-axis machines (largest envelope 3600x2600x1200mm) Three Haas machining centers Design: On-site dedicated tooling design team using CatiaV5 Advanced Composites: Laminating: Environmentally controlled laminating rooms Autoclaves: Four autoclaves (max internal capacity of 3700 x 1900 mm, up to 1000kg capacity) Composite Press: 2 x Langzauner Perfect + Third plate press Paint-Shop: Full automotive paint booth with airbrush room for lacquering/painting/tinting composite parts We are a fast-paced and growing business, always looking to develop new customer relationships.
