At People First, we take a holistic approach and address problems and conflict with curiosity, compassion and objective observation before making changes. HR has gotten a bad reputation for being stoic, unfriendly, and only there to protect the company. We don’t see it that way. We flipped that on its head and chose take the opposite approach: people first, always. It’s our first value. Our practitioners provide balance between guidance and accountability.
