WHO ARE WE? Many years ago, we were referred to by one loyal Client as ‘Sydney’s best kept secret’ in the HR recruitment world! As flattering as that was at the time, we’d like to think we have come a long way since then. Established in 1999, Peoplecorp is now one of the leading boutique HR search and recruitment businesses in Australia. We solely focus on recruiting HR roles, and collectively we have over 100 years of HR Recruitment experience between us. ‘Doing the right thing’ is at the heart of everything at Peoplecorp. This means we do the right thing by our Clients, do the right thing by our Candidates and do the right thing by each other. All of our interactions are centred on adding value. This is easy to say, but not necessarily easy to do. And so whilst we pride ourselves on the quality of our placements and the opportunities we present to our candidates, we also seek to add value in other ways wherever possible. WHAT TYPE OF HR JOBS DO WE RECRUIT? If it comes under the HR or People and Culture umbrella, then we recruit for it. We work across all industries and have had clients as large as 200,000 people, through to start-ups where they are only the 15th person to join! In terms of level, that includes high end search for the most senior HR executives through to entry-level HR Administrator roles. We source for all the different areas of HR including OD, Reward, Employee Relations, Talent, Change Management and HRIS. And we are able to offer our expertise for permanent or contract roles. Where we add the most value is in our ability to focus on the crucial assessment of fit.
