About PeopleSkills

We have studied how the human mind works for over 30 years. For 25 of these years, we have been coaching and training our clients in how to understand their own and others' beliefs, thoughts, values, feelings and behaviours, particularly in long-term relationships, and when under stress. During that time, we have observed a set of principles that govern how people perform in relationship with each other. In all of our programs, we teach these principles, and help our clients develop strategies that work effectively to improve performance and to keep their workplace relationships positive and constructive. We believe in a collaborative approach to learning and skill development. We meet with our clients to first discover their concerns and then to establish their goals and objectives. We then work together to craft a strategy that will help us gain an accurate, in-depth understanding of the problem. After this assessment, we work collaboratively with our clients to develop and implement a plan that will provide a pragmatic and efficient solution.
