About Pepper Smoke BBQ
PM Smoked BBQ was created when Guadalupe made a homemade smoker thanks to his background as a welder. We made brisket and ribs to test out the smoker and offered it to friends and family members. They loved our food, and we started testing and refining recipes. Then it became a way to have extra income for our household. Currently it became our way of leaving a legacy to our future generations by following our parents' footsteps and picking up where they left off and taking it to the next level of creating a business with the same impact in providing excellent customer service. We focus on serving and providing our customers with the best ingredients and good savory flavors in a clean and professional environment.
