About Perception Theatre

Perception Theatre Ltd is a not for profit organisation using theatre and interactive film to tackle complex social issues that exist within our communities. We engage our audiences by creating gripping narratives that are driven by realistic characters and scenarios. Our applied theatre productions and interactive films empower young people to take control of their choices and behaviour by developing hindsight for real life situations that could one day affect them. We help police forces, local authorities, places of education and youth organisations to educate young people about issues that are applicable to them. We are commissioned to tour our work in schools, SEN schools, pupil referral units, youth centres, colleges and training sessions throughout the UK. We are passionate about a multi agency approach and work with our partners to develop and deliver all of our projects. ‘Working with Perception Theatre was fantastic.
