About Perfect Pie

We come from rural North Norfolk and make pork pies in a converted flint barn, over looking the sea. We believe in the Slow Food philosophy, that eating should be satisfying and fun and that if you eat something you should understand it. We produce something that has famously been called the 'perfect pork pie'. Our pies are baked for shops, delicatessens, pubs and restaurants twice a week but many of our customers find that is more convenient to take pies frozen raw, for you to bake yourself. This gives you greater control over your stock and the pies smell amazing, fresh from the oven. The pies don't need to be defrosted first and have a seven day shelf life from baking. We make a variety of flavours: - Onion marmalade (our best-seller) - Naked (our traditional pork pie) - Cley (with smoked paprika and chorizo) - Chilli (mild and slightly sweet) - Wiveton (our Summery blend of lemon, parsley and garlic) Plus seasonal pork pies, such as our pie with Norfolk apple and our Christmas pork pie with port and cranberry. We also supply delicious sausage rolls in plain, onion marmalade and chorizo. We make a point of helping the people who love our products to find our stockists as we try to support their shops as much as possible.
