Established in 2020, Performance Clutches is a fast-growing supplier of high performance clutch kits. It set out to disrupt the marketplace with an uncompromising approach to product quality, value for money, ease of supply, and customer service. The brand is wholly owned by Automotive Performance Parts Ltd. Performance Clutches uses only the highest quality materials and workmanship to deliver outstanding products that are designed and engineered for motorsports, suppliers, and street use - for applications including Track Days, Circuit Racing, Drifting, Drag & Time Attack, and enabling superior Street Performance for individuals. Managing Director and Co-founder Malcolm White has over 40 years’ experience in the industry. He is passionate about the automotive sector, and especially in designing and delivering the most durable high quality clutches for business and consumers. This includes using ductile steel for the pressure plate (cover assembly) and a triple heat treatment process for the diaphragm spring, pressure plate return straps, and pull type release bearing cage. Steelback organic friction and ceramic alternatives are all designed with heat capability in mind. Offering the widest product range available for single disc Stage kits covering European and Japanese vehicles, the company also market Sachs Performance clutches.
