Performance Holistic is a multi sport performance coaching and therapy company, bringing the best approach to balanced solutions. We specialize in fitness performance, world class athletics and boxing coaching alongside providing highly skilled therapy treatments. Not forgetting, the role we play in our unique nutritional consultancy. In tune with the ambition we hold, we have partnered up with one of Germany’s biggest sports brands and will be clothed from head to toe. Performance Holistic will also be working alongside a leading sports university ensuring all our coaches are educated to the highest of standards through U.K. sports body certifications as well as qualified therapists.
