PPS provides staffing and fabrication services to shipyards and industrial contractors all over the U.S. While we have offices in Mobile, New Orleans, Panama City, and Pensacola, we service customers all over the U.S. We offer both industrial staffing services for all skilled trades and fixed estimate services for pipe and steel fabrication and repair. Whether you need temporary support for your craft departments or a turnkey subcontractor for fabrication, installation, and repair, we can provide for both of your needs. We’ve built a management and recruiting team that has over 100 years of combined industrial and shipyard experience. This experience helps us to better understand your needs and what is required to successfully complete your projects under budget and on schedule. We have a fabrication, testing, and training facility at our Mobile location that allows us to pre-test skilled tradesmen before they're scheduled to test at your shipyard or jobsite. We’ve found that our facility separates us from other staffing companies as it allows us to save our customers time and money by reducing the number of failed tests at their facility, in addition to placing quality candidates the first time rather than sending multiple candidates to fill one position. We have also contracted exclusively with several vocational and testing facilities in Puerto Rico, which allows us to provide an additional workforce with U.S. citizenship who are highly skilled, experienced, and possess an unmatched work ethic. These facilities specialize in welding, fitting, and electrical trades. PPS is also an SBA certified Woman Owned Small Business, which can support your contractual requirements for government programs.
