We are a national consulting and training firm specializing in culture building, leadership and people initiatives. We were originally founded by Brad Federman in 2003 with an emphasis on amplifying Brands by leveraging culture; and customer and associate relationships. Performance means the process of carrying out or accomplishing a task. Performance is all about success. Point means the tapered sharpened end of a tool and the punctuation for the end of a sentence meaning period. When you combine those two words and make them one we begin to describe who we are. We are the company that helps sharpen your tools to drive your success. Period. It’s more than an academic exercise. We combine research-driven knowledge within the trenches experience to create practical solutions that reflect our clients We put your Brand before ours. We are only as successful as our client’s achievements. We understand that you know your business and we know ours. When we work with you we focus on you collaborating along the way. We are adaptive. Business and work environments have changed. Our solutions are built on the tried and true, but they are updated to reflect today and more importantly tomorrow. We focus on our strengths.
