Our laboratory is maintained by highly-skilled and trained pharmacists and technicians with extensive compounding experience. Our goal is to achieve superior outcomes while maintaining the utmost compassion and care for our patients. CUSTOMIZED PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS Our pharmacists work directly with physicians to create individualized medications perfectly tailored to suit the unique needs of each patient. We serve a variety of specialty offices, including dermatology, veterinary, pediatrics, podiatry and much more. Some of our customized specialty medication include non-opioid pain management, migraine therapies, scar and wound creams, as well as hormone replacement therapy and nasal irrigations. Our process for filling prescriptions is extremely timely, once filled, each prescription is placed in a temperature-controlled package and shipped directly to the patient's home. At PerforMix Specialty Pharmacy, customer service is a priority, we want our patients to have a positive experience working with us. After receiving the medication, our pharmacists provide continuous follow-up, and are always available should a physician or patient have a question.
