About Perinet Winery
Perinet Winery started a new project of wine making in 2014 linked to the present times. The focus is to understand the vineyards and wine with the integration in the territory and how varieties have adapted to our Mediterranean environment. Our vineyards are located in La Morera, Poboleda, Porrera and Torroja, enable us to understand our wines as blends as well as monovarietal single vinyard wines from north of Priorat. The character of this terroir –defined by soil and climate- is marked by strong contrasts between the different varieties. This personality is translated into six wines: an entry level wine with salty and earthy notes, a rosé unlike most other wines of this colour and style, an introduction wine to Priorat properties with complexity and floral notes, another as a pure expression of classic Priorat with full body and rich tannins, five monovarietal single vineyard wines showcasing two Garnatxa vineyards, one Carinyena, one Syrah and one Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, and a flagship, with more persistence and finesse that will not leave you indifferent at all with its density, texture and length. In the entire process, from cultivation to bottling, our idea is to promote, respect and refine the characteristics of the terroir. The result is 100% Priorat wines to excite you with their personality and elegance.
