About Period Reality

Period Reality is a global movement, that educates about and advocates for living in sync with ones biorhythm. By understanding and honoring the natural rhythms of our bodies, we can create a more harmonious world where everyone can thrive. We live in a world designed around men and their 24 hour cycle. Every day we are expected to show up with the same amount of energy. It is time for a more inclusive society where people with periods are educated about their cycle and can show up as their full, authentic self at any point during the cycle. We are pushing the envelope on Women's Health and Wellbeing, Educating Young Women and Girls, Gender Equity and Equality, Women's Empowerment, Gender Development, Women in Leadership, Employee Enablement and Inclusive Societies by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle. People with periods experience different levels of energy, moods, physical symptoms and strengths and weaknesses throughout their cycle. Giving girls and women around the world access to this information, will shift the way we look at ourselves and each other. Working with businesses and organisations to make them more inclusive, playing into the strengths of employees at any point during the month. Through global storytelling, we shine a light on peoples Period Reality and help track theirs so they can be their healthiest, happiest self. Op top of that we help businesses and governments to create societies designed for all. Through Research we contribute to the space of Women's Health where a lot more can be done, including lobbying for more cycle-related education in school and on the curriculum for nurses, GPs and gynecologists.
