Permarock is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of external wall insulation, solid wall insulation and exterior render systems. Installed by specialist contractors, systems are suitable for all forms of construction and building types in the new and existing building markets. Our accredited systems have been specifically developed to suit the requirements of the UK market in terms of technical & fire performance, application techniques and to meet current Building Regulations. Whether to a single property, a complete streetscape or a high-rise block, PermaRock offer a wide range of systems and renders & finishes to provide clients, architects and specifiers with the means of creating interesting, functional and durable façades. With an excellent track record spanning in excess of 40 years, our systems are accredited through the BRE to comply with UK Building Regulations (inc. high-rise buildings). High-Rise Buildings Permarock Mineral Fibre EWI Systems are suitable for use on buildings with floor levels up to and above 11 metres above ground level and assessed to EN13501-1 achieving an A2-s1,d0 classification. Permarock Mineral Fibre Systems have also been tested to BS 8414 and meet the requirements of BR 135 - ‘Fire performance of external thermal insulation for walls of multistorey buildings’ and also achieve a 'Class O' classification under the Building Regulations Part B for fire-spread across the surface. Permarock has a demonstrable track record of over three decades, with Permarock mineral fibre EWI systems retrofitted to in excess of 200+ high-rise blocks throughout the UK over this period.
