About Perrone-Ambrose Associates
For 25 years Perrone-Ambrose Associates, Inc. has been helping organizations set up mentoring programs to fit their strategic needs of passing on the organization’s culture, or preparing committed employees for their next positions or integrating new hires into the ways of the organization. Many organizations have seen their managers benefit from our Leadership Skills in Coaching and Mentoring. For several years we have licensed individuals through our MENTORS 2100 program to conduct their own mentor and mentee training using our method and materials. Our comprehensive range of books and tools are economical and user-friendly supports for any mentoring or coaching endeavor an organization may be running. Perrone-Ambrose has traveled across the US as well as to Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia to conduct workshops. Public Workshops on Mentoring and Coaching are regularly scheduled for our home office in Deerfield, Illinois (20 minutes from O'Hare Airport). To respond to the reduced travel budgets of government agencies and businesses PAA has been conducting workshops using Skype and Skill Training using Webinars.
