In-studio and mobile personal training company located in Redmond, Washington. Personal Training Team offers personalized fitness, nutrition, wellness, and weight management services including private training, semi-private training, in-home and corporate training, metabolic type assessment, nutrition consulting, life coaching, wellness lectures and seminars, the Functional Movement Screen, and more. At PTT our goal is to help you reach your goals, and to help you make achieving your goals a reality by teaching you how to incorporate changes realistically, and in such a way that they fit naturally with your day-to-day life and schedule. If you feel overwhelmed by the need to get in shape, want to avoid the "fashion show" gym scene, and are looking for a personalized program that will have you feeling and looking your best, our team of trainers will help you make it happen! Our current Personal Training Team is made up of 6 talented, certified, and experienced trainers. Four of our six trainers hold a bachelor's degree, and two hold post-graduate degrees. Our team includes NSCA, ACSM and ACE certified personal trainers, with specialty certifications in areas including older adult and senior fitness, lifestyle and weight management, nutrition consulting, Training for Warriors, Crossfit, exercise therapy, Kinetic Integrations, and corrective exercise. Founded in 1994, Personal Training Team, Inc. celebrated it's 20th birthday in March of 2014. While fitness fads may come and go, our commitment to science-based training and nutrition fundamentals has allowed us to create positive change in the lives of our clients for more than 20 years.
