We are a Canadian fully accredited, boutique travel agency with independent consultants situated Coast to Coast. Our team is a collection of individuals with various expertise. With our wide knowledge base, and outstanding relationships with suppliers we know that our end clients receive the best possible service. Personal Travel Management's consultants take great pride in their chosen career paths. They understand that the client relationship is the most important part of any adventure. We know our clients! Travel creates memories and our consultants are meticulous in navigating chosen experiences so memories document one's life journey. Our head office is in Burnaby, British Columbia. It is here where our consultants have a creative space to collaborate their thoughts if they chose. For our consultants not on the west coast we have small accountably groups that take place bi-monthly to inspire one another. We also have full team monthly meeting where management shares updates on the industry's latest. We have a strong relationship with Ensemble travel and highly encourage our agents to stay fresh on industry trends and attend annual conferences. As leaders in an ever changing industry with innovative ideas and practices we stay current with constant training. Personal Travel Management is community of travel professionals. With over 27 years in the industry and a 98% retention rate, team members joke that the only way one leaves PTM is by either dying or retiring. Our internal relationship bonds with one another are simply that strong!
