Even though it can be a daunting process, Personified Homes has developed a simple 8-step process to reduce stress in the journey to your new home. Each step simplifies the home building process. We help you with all the paperwork and documentation, from the initial deposit and planning submission, right through to your complimentary Colour Selections, building agreement, approvals, electrical selections and then construction commencement. Many people don’t realize the amount of work that goes into the process of the commencement of construction before a single brick has even been placed on the site. That is why at Personified Homes, you have a dedicated Project Coordination team who prepare the paperwork needed and have close ties with council planning to make the process flow smoothly and timely. We love working through the 8-steps with clients so you can clearly see what is coming up.
