The Mission: To decrease maternal mortality and morbidity during childbirth due to hemorrhage The Vision: A world where no mother is lost during childbirth Although giving birth is typically a joyous occasion, unfortunate complications can arise. Hemorrhage, or excessive bleeding, at the time of childbirth can lead to catastrophic outcomes including maternal death and severe morbidity. The Hemorrhage View C-section Drape, was designed by labor and delivery providers to help prevent these potential bad outcomes. It provides easy access for immediate and direct visual assessment of vaginal bleeding, allowing for earlier diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhage.
