About Pescaviar

Pescaviar was founded to create and develop a complete range of alternative products to the existing fish roes and caviar, concerned about the current decimation of the sturgeon population worldwide. In 1998, Pescaviar, supported by a broad distribution network, launched its first product, AVRUGA, made from smoked herring. The year after, the company decided to widen its product range with the introduction of MOLUGA, ANCHOVIAR and LOBSVIAR. These products are made respectively from herring, anchovies and lobster. In September 2009, Pescaviar started the commercialization of a revolutionary product called Cocktail Pearls. . They bring a new opportunity for those that want to create a different and unforgettable culinary experience for their customers. But our willingness to innovate did not stop there, just a couple of months later, Pescaviar launched CHOVAS, a creamed mix between fish and cheese that offers a delicious and light alternative to the traditional creams. Pescaviar has an exclusive range for innovative ingredients, from fish pearls to spherifications or fish cream spreads, and due to the high potential of our products, we have enthusiastically worked to reach every corner of the world. Our flexible and customized service is one of the reasons of the high success in more than 35 countries in five continents having main distribution chains, top chefs, five-star hotels, international airlines, holiday resorts or cruise liners as customers.
