Founded in 1985, Peter Callahan Catering is a culinary design studio focused on producing experiential events and products never seen before for a clientele who has seen it all. Composed of talented chefs, artists, creative craftsmen and sophisticated event producers, our team brings to life the innovative ideas of Creative Director, Peter Callahan. Widely credited with being the originator of such miniature comfort foods as the slider, Peter designs savory dishes and sweet bites that become imaginative conversation pieces. The PCC team plans weddings, galas, mitzvahs, openings, launch parties and intimate sit-down dinners. Although the majority of our events take place in New York City and the surrounding areas, we produce large events across the country as well as overseas in Asia, the Middle East and beyond.
