Peter Q Brown Innovative Design balances artistic sensibility with practicality. My design business is grounded in extensive building experience. I focus on residential remodels, quality new homes, additions, and specialty projects. My ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and passion for good design has been the key to my success in this community. I bring a very specific skill set and point of view to the clients I serve. My years of direct building experience have given me a strong background in the structural mechanics of modern construction. Whether I am working on a new home or remodel, I combine that construction knowledge with natural geometric awareness, strong visualization skills, and an artistic flair. I put a lot of effort into producing designs that my clients are happy with. I do all my conceptual design directly in three dimensions. I am a natural problem solver in that my creative process is characterized with open mindedness and a willingness to see alternative points of view. The 3D design process and visual presentation gives a client an immediate understanding of the concepts I am trying to convey. My experience in dealing with local planning and building departments and a record of working well with project neighbors contribute to my expertise in getting building permits approved. I work closely with my clients and their contractors to make every project a rewarding experience for all.
