About Peter's Gallery

Established in 1973 by Petros and Keti Michaelides, Peter’s Gallery is the largest, most trusted and dynamic art hub for fine art in Cyprus. We empower our community of artists and collectors to discover and acquire fine art they love. Our reputation for trust and authenticity is backed by our commitment to a lifelong project serving the local art market. Spanning through the company’s 50 years of vivid activity we have established three art galleries in Limassol (1973), Nicosia (1999) and Larnaca (2001), four custom frame shops in all three major districts of the island and an auction house in Limassol (2010). We created the first silkscreen printing company in Cyprus (1993) which produced works that includes signatures of the most important contemporary Greek and Cypriot artists such as Mytaras Dimitris, Economou Lefteris, Stathopoulos Giorgos, Charalambides Andreas, among many others. Guided by our forward-thinking spirit of innovation, we have hosted over 400 art events and accumulated a cross-category selection of over 2000 artworks available for immediate purchase via both digital and physical shopping experiences as well as private sales. The Limassol gallery itself is the first, largest and only officially registered (and specifically designed) private building in the country for the display of art and for holding art exhibitions. It covers an area of 600m² on four levels and is fully equipped with all modern facilities to fulfil the requirements for performing all types of art events. For 50 years, Peter’s Gallery has been an access point of knowledge base for collectors and connoisseurs, a supporting platform for emerging artists and a peace-of-mind choice for customers who want to purchase art with confidence.
