Founded in 1958, PetroLog continues to be a prime leader in the oil and gas industry, offering comprehensive wellsite evaluation services to customers ranging from small independents to major integrated oil companies. In addition to providing our core business of mudlogging, we also offer one-man and unmanned gas detection, geopressure evaluation, and rig monitoring services. PetroLog has provided services on over 8,500 onshore, inland and offshore (shelf, deepwater, ultra-deepwater) wells to over 250 companies in areas including the Gulf of Mexico, South and East Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and North, Central, and South Louisiana. PetroLog’s headquarters are located in Houston, Texas and our Operations office is located in Lafayette, Louisiana. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and vendors remains a top priority, with our recurring goal of ZERO accidents on every job. PetroLog has an in-house safety program and a stellar safety record, as we have gone over 11 YEARS and counting without a lost-time accident or incident. Another top priority of PetroLog’s is to support the community, and we proudly contribute a portion of our profits to support dozens of charitable organizations each year including: Biblica, Living Water International, Louisiana State University, The Gideon’s International, Methodist Children’s Home, Fort Bend Women’s Shelter and Summit Ministries.
