PETRONE GROUP is a privately owned family company composed of 40 companies and is actively trading world wide and operating in the pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical and health sector since 1965, with main office in Italy and branches in Spain, Singapore and Ireland, US, France, Portugal, Germany. The group handles import/export and distribution of all types of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products and is in many regards a one-stop shop that can supply brand name drugs (branded) or an equivalent (generic), for human use or veterinarians. Parapharmaceutical products such as diagnostic tests, products for colostomy, contrast media, and other general products come under the CE mark. And also health aids, dietetic and gluten-free foods, products for personal hygiene and cosmetics. Among our customers there are also hospitals, clinics, local health care centers and public and private agencies. Petrone Group has a strong presence in the Italian and Spanish markets with retail sales through 5 pharmacies, 1 herbalist’s shop, 8 rehabilitation centers in Campania (accredited with the Italian Health Service, SSN) and 1 diagnostic imaging unit centre. The Group provides a wide range of integrated, warehousing, logistic and distribution services to pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical and cosmetic companies throughout Italy. 2 self-owned operating platforms, with 3 warehouses, allow us to operate everywhere all over Italy. The Company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, and is authorized for the management of pharmaceuticals (including narcotic drugs), food, cosmetics and veterinary products. Petrone Group is active as a comparator sourcer to Clinical Research Organization for clinical analyses, research projects and scientific tests as well as support services to pharmaceutical companies in logistics management activities prior to the launch of new products
