Owners Bob and Betty Andrews’ concept was to provide service to all women in need of intimate apparel. As the business grew, Petticoat Fair moved to Highland Mall and eventually to Northcross Center, where it is located today. In 2022 Petticoat Fair opened a second location, formerly known as Loretta's Intimates in Plano, Texas. The principles of bra fitting and customer service have remained the same since the store’s opening: Every woman is treated with respect and given one-on-one attention to help her feel comfortable and confident in properly fitted undergarments. The techniques Betty learned in corsetiere school and other training courses are still used in the store today, which is now owned by their youngest son, Kirk Andrews.
