Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA) is one of the North West's largest Building Services Engineering practices, with offices located in Preston Docklands and at Warwick Bridge, Carlisle. Our team's mission is to provide the highest standard of service to our clients, with the aim of creating strong and trusted relationships whilst offering innovative and practical building services solutions. This has led to PSA being awarded many prestigious and technically demanding projects, such as the expansion of the Victoria Warehouse in Trafford, a nationwide upgrade of sprinklers for social housing, the first non-domestic Passivhaus (EnerPHit) compliant office refurbishment, £20m upgrade to Crow Wood's Woodland Spa, and a new housing development being built on the old Sale Magistrates site. As well as our unrivalled experience in healthcare, having worked for most of the North West's NHS Trusts, we also have strong ties to education, public sector, industrial, commercial, leisure, and defence sectors.
