Pfautz Consulting Group, LLC, formerly C.H.A.R.T. Consulting, helps businesses become more effective, efficient, and compliant in the handling of their human resource responsibilities. We serve three primary kinds of clientele, including, start-up businesses looking to offer reasonable benefits, establish fair and equitable policies, and comply with their legal responsibilities; small businesses who have basic HR functions in place, but are in need of more complex expertise or knowledge to handle the employee relations issues and advanced human resource management responsibilities; and larger organizations, with dedicated human resource staff, who have need for project-based assistance or strategic focus. Founder Nadine Pfautz (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nadinepfautz/) has more than 30 years' experience creating, developing, and managing the human resource function in both start-ups and more mature companies within the profit, nonprofit, and public arenas. She has significant experience formalizing and implementing personnel policies, procedures, and programs and addressing employee relations concerns. Ms. Pfautz holds an M.S. degree in Training and Development and has more than 20 years' experience as a college adjunct faculty member and seminar presenter. She is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and through the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
