Barnard Explosives Technology and Training (Pty) Ltd, (BET&T) is based in Pelindaba, outside of Pretoria, South Africa, and is an accredited training service provider. In this regard, BET&T has a proven capacity to provide training in all of the different disciplines within the explosives field. BET&T was established in March 2016 to provide specialist explosives management services and solutions which included: auditing, risk assessment and analysis, training, and consulting in the explosives environment, with the purpose of delivering a wide range of solutions to their clients. BET&T has the necessary expertise in the full life-cycle management of military and commercial explosives, which includes: the safe disposal of unexploded ordnance (UXO), abandoned explosives, and unstable unsafe and post-shelf-life expired explosives.
