Now going on our 15th year in business, we have proven ourselves in the Pharmaceutical Reverse Logistics Industry. We pride ourselves in our attention to customer service. We understand that without our customers, we would not have made it this far. PhD is based in Greensboro, NC; however, we service customers from 35 different states and continue to grow. PhD maintains federal licenses from the DEA and EPA. We are also licensed in various states (each state’s licensing requirements vary and may not be required for reverse distribution). All destruction of non-returnable pharmaceuticals is processed through incineration; however, we are currently researching Green methods of destruction to lessen the impact that the pharmaceutical waste is having on our environment. Our approach to the pharmaceutical reverse logistics industry is to help reduce the costs of the returns process. We feel that the current methods in place are too costly, and we believe that we can create better methods.
