PharmaEngine Inc. (Taipei Exchange: stock code 4162.TWO) began operations in 2003, is a commercial stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing medicines for cancer patients. We are currently focusing on precision oncology related to DNA damage response (DDR) pathways. PEP07, an orally bioavailable small molecule CHK1 inhibitor with brain penetrating properties, is currently in Phase 1 clinical studies for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), or advanced/metastatic solid tumors. Our preclinical pipeline includes other targets in the DDR pathways aiming to provide synergy when in combinations with chemo/radiation therapies or with other precision oncology medicines. In the past, PharmaEngine successfully developed and out-licensed its first commercial product, ONIVYDE (liposomal irinotecan), for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
