About PharmaLegacy Laboratories
PharmaLegacy Laboratories is an AAALAC accredited Preclinical CRO providing specialty pharmacology services in Auto-Immune Diseases, Inflammation, Oncology, Bone Metabolism, Orthopedics, Liver/lung Diseases and Metabolic diseases. The core competency of PharmaLegacy stems from our pioneering work and expertise in developing and running specialized animal models from Rodent to Non-Human Primate to test drug candidates for their pharmacological effects and medical devices for their bio-compatible repairs. We also conduct supporting studies in PK/PD, molecular pharmacology and preliminary toxicology. Overall we provide a one-stop shop for preclinical pharmacology services for early proof of concept of large and small molecule therapeutics. In addition PharmaLegacy is the only CRO in China with the extensive capabilities and experience required for in-vivo efficacy studies for Bone and Orthoepedics. We offer surgical models, bone repair, bone safety, cartilage repair, ligament and tendon repair and osteomyelitis. We have extensive experience in bone physiopathology, especially in osteoporosis and orthopedics. Our IND/IDE filling expertise has enabled multiple drug candidates to successfully reach the market. Our Scientists are on the cutting edge in the areas of animal models, biomaterials, biologics, surgical procedures and tissue engineering. Our familiarity with IDE and 510(k) and SOP driven GLP quality assurance operations can aid your regulatory submission in the US, Europe and China. We can assist with your 10993 testing and your CFDA 16886 (China’s equivalent to FDA 10993 testing) and CFDA testing lab consulting.
