BELMONT LAND, Pharr’s real estate business for 80+ years, develops community through its investments in residential, commercial, hospitality, office and industrial properties, alongside efforts to ensure historic preservation where possible and enhance our natural resources and the environment. STRAND HOSPITALITY SERVICES, Pharr’s hospitality management business for 50+ years, provides the highest quality customer service to its hotel owners and hotel guests at over 20 high-quality properties throughout the southeastern U.S., as well as assisting and advising owners of several other hotel properties currently under development.
