AIM: In the initial planning stage, crucial decisions are made looking toward the ultimate success of a project – its artistic qualities and functional and economic viability. QUALITY GOALS: As specialists in this planning stage, we provide competent, independent advice using innovative methods. With our clients we share the aspiration for top quality and an interest in equitable contract award procedures and integrative planning — irrespective of project size. EXPERIENCE: From 1998 on, we have assisted German and international clients, both public and private, in launching more than 100 ambitious projects. Our core competencies are providing strategic advice and organizing and conducting competitions and other procedures intended on awarding the following planning services for the projects. Numerous projects (e.g. BMW World, Museum Folkwang, University Campus Frankfurt Westend, Parliament of Canada and the corporate headquarters of adidas, BMW, ThyssenKrupp and 50Hertz) have been constructed on the basis of the outcome of these procedures. PROJECTS: On a Germany-wide and a global level, we assist in implementing ambitious large-scale projects, prestigious cultural buildings, structures with complex functional requirements, construction measures in sensitive contexts (such as in the UNESCO world cultural heritage) and minor projects.
