About Phase Family Learning Center
Five years ago, we began dreaming about investing in families. We were concerned that families were being underserved by the existing offerings in the marketplace. We sought to create a cornerstone in the community where families could learn, work, gather and celebrate in a fresh and new way. The foundation for this new concept would be a loving learning center, where the environment and culture would set a new standard in childcare. Each child would be supported in their growth mentally, physically, relationally and emotionally. Each teacher would be supported in their desire to provide the best care to their students. And each family would be supported in their desire to connect with their childcare providers and with each other on a deeper level. Since work is an essential part of family life, we applied the same focus to providing the community with a calm and inspiring place to work. Today, nearly one-third of us are freelance and independent professionals, creating a need for flexible workspace. Together with the learning center, we sought to create the largest coworking facility in the nation with on-site licensed childcare. A common work area, a coffee shop, private offices and meeting rooms would combine to create the perfect environment to get work done. Finally, our vision for a family center would not be complete without a place to gather for the community to gather. The centerpiece would be a large, state-of-the-art theater for family functions, worship services and corporate events. Together with the rest of the center’s amenities, Phase would stand out as a truly unique event space. After years of planning, we feel blessed to finally bring this concept to life. We are excited to see the many inventive ways the community is using the family center and we hope that it provides everyone with an opportunity to gather with friends to shape the future.
