In 1963, C.C. "Toby" Burris, Jr. opened the doors of Phillips Home Builders, specializing in home and light commercial projects. Carrying forward the family legacy, Danny Burris succeeded his father in 1993 under the new name, PHB Inc.-General Contractors. Since then, the company has performed a wide variety of new construction, insurance repair, property management, renovation work on high-end residential homes and commercial spaces... and everything in between! PHB, Inc. is equipped to handle anything from small repair jobs, routine maintenance, to larger-scale additions and renovations. We also possess an on-site millwork shop, Delaware Millwork Ltd., which is capable of providing custom cabinetry and mouldings to suit all of our clients' needs. Our skilled craftsmen can handle anything from small woodwork repairs to full scale fit-out packages, and architectural interior casework renovations. PHB, Inc. is a family owned business with small town roots and small town values. Every Customer receives four promises: personal attention, honesty, quality construction and a beautiful finished product. Those promises come with us to each site and guide us trough every project.
