About Phoenix Youth Programs
At Phoenix, we believe People Matter – All People. Phoenix supports youth and their families, who face a range of obstacles, with the resources they request to get back on their paths to success. By addressing issues with thoughtful innovation and community-rooted solutions, Phoenix has helped marginalized, at-risk and/or homeless youth by providing opportunities and support when it’s needed most. Phoenix’s unique approach, structured around our diverse and innovative range of programs provide youth with housing options, emotional support, skill-development programs, community driven programming and a range of skills needed to succeed independently. Our services are free of judgement and free of charge for youth between the ages of 11 and 24 and their families. Our continuum of support covers three important areas of services: - Community-based Prevention (clinical therapy, outreach and community development) - Crisis Management (emergency shelter, health services, counseling, drop-in centre) - Housing & Skills Development (employment & education, parent support, trustee program, recreation & arts, independent and semi-independent housing) Phoenix is an important part of the community, and the community is an important part of us. Join us as together we can create brighter futures! For more information on how you can help, please visit: www.phoenixyouth.ca Charitable Registration # 881361216 RR0001
