Physicall staat onder leiding van Gert-Jan van der Blonk. GJ begon in 1988 een massage praktijk naast topsport (triathlon). Hij studeerde bewegingswetenschappen, fysiotherapie, bekkentraining voor zwangeren en echografie. Hij werkte o.a 5 jaar voor FC Volendam en verzorgde een A-schaatsmarathonploeg.
