Physician Coach Training is for physicians who want to develop coaching skills that foster reflection and growth. Physician Coach Training is a Level 1 accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching program and a path to an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. You can earn up to 24.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™️ for physicians. Whether you want to enrich wellness, strengthen peer support, enhance leadership, or create a coaching side business, Physician Coach Training teaches coaching core competencies and features LIVE coaching experience to effectively carry out your purpose. Learning Objectives: 1. Coach peers to maximize their personal and professional potential in a way that’s consistent with their values and beliefs. 2. Apply recognized coaching ethics and standards of professionalism in client-focused coaching relationships. 3. Partner with clients to create mutual understanding of the coaching process, individual sessions, and long-term goals for the coaching relationship. 4. Create a safe, supportive environment where sharing confidential information openly and honestly supercharges client potential. 6.
