We are passionate about using our Education and Specialist Training to help Others achieve Better Health. Our Team consists of 6 Physiotherapists and a Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist all with extensive training to provide you with the best possible outcome for your problems. Our team members have a variety of special interests in many different sports and activities including Running, Rugby, Football, Cycling, Classical & Contemporary Dance and Performance. Occupational Health and Ergonomics. This helps us to bring our skills to a wide range of people from office-based workers to professional athletes to non-sporting, normal individuals. Conditions We Treat Include: Back and Neck Pain and Stiffness Shoulder Pain Hand and Upper Limb Injuries & Conditions Hip, Knee and Lower Limb Pain Pre and Post-op Rehabilitation e.g Hip & Knee Replacement Surgery and Spinal Operations Sports and Performance Injuries and Concerns Work-related Conditions e.g. RSI, tennis elbow Postural Issues Pregnancy-Related Spinal and Pelvic Pain As well as Specialist Physiotherapy we offer Massage Therapy (including sports massage and deep tissue massage), Clinical Pilates and Acupuncture (as part of our physiotherapy service). We also offer Workstation VDU Assessments and Ergonomic Advice for Individuals or Companies. If you need further help beyond Physiotherapy, we can advise you on the next step or recommend a Specialist from our extensive list of trusted medical professionals. We will also liaise with your GP where appropriate to help you receive the care you require. Our Physiotherapists are Chartered and registered with the HPC and we are recognised by all the Private Health Insurers.
