About Physiocise Sydney
We have led the profession in the use of ‘exercise as therapy’ for over 25 years. Our mission is to empower, educate and support our clients with the skills and knowledge they need to stay moving, confident and well. A WHOLE BODY APPROACH As you age it is totally normal to have multiple areas in your body that may be giving you problems. This week it might be your back, neck and shoulder. A month ago your hip, knee and ankle. You might have been having problems with your pelvic floor and been recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. Our unique approach allows us to assess and address ALL your issues and empower you with a framework that helps you understand how they are related and what you can do to keep them in control for the long term. This will build your confidence and decrease the amount of time you need to spend worrying about your body falling apart! Physiotherapist Anna-Louise Bouvier started Physiocise in 1995 to help motivate, move and educate patients with bad backs. We now teach nearly 130 classes a week, to over 1400 clients at our two Sydney studios - at Willoughby and the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park. With our highly skilled team of inspiring physiotherapists, led by Managing Director Melissa Partington, the program continues to deliver the best research validated information in a fantastically enjoyable and accessible way.
