We are proud to be part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of clinical care, a leading operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics in the United States. Physiofit was founded by Rutgerus Jongbloets in 2002, with the first clinic opening in Raceland, LA. Born from a drive to provide the highest quality care without compromise, taking care of patients, one step at a time, is always the primary objective. This approach has proven to be very successful and has allowed Physiofit to become a well established and highly recommended physical therapy company.
